  1. W i n N E T   M a i l (TM)

  3. This program will automatically setup your Internet account
  4. on the Computer Witchcraft WinNET server.  This permits you
  5. to begin to use your WinNET Mail system in a matter of
  6. minutes. 
  7.  
  8. This program works in three steps:
  9.  
  10.  
  11. 1.  Mailing Address Information is requested.  This includes
  12.     your Name, Address, and Telephone numbers.
  13.  
  14.     Billing Information is requested.  Automatic
  15.     registration can only occur for Credit Card payers. 
  16.     Please see TERMS.TXT or press the TERMS button on 
  17.     the Billing Information screen for full Terms and
  18.     Conditions of your WinNET account. 
  19.  
  20. 2.  With all of the necessary information provided, this
  21.     program will then attempt to connect to the WinNET
  22.     server using your modem with the Communications
  23.     Parameters you provided during setup. 
  24.  
  25.     If there is a problem at this step, it is most likely
  26.     due to Communications Parameters settings.  See the
  27.     TROUBLE.TXT file for more information.

  29.     If successful, this program will transfer your account
  30.     request with Mailing and Billing information to the
  31.     WinNET server.  It will hang-up after the transfer.
  32.  
  33. 3.  This program will then pause for about one minute as it
  34.     gives the WinNET server time to validate and establish
  35.     your account. 
  36.  
  37.     After one minute, this program calls the WinNET server
  38.     again to verify successful set up.  If successful, you
  39.     will receive introductory mail from the WinNET server. 
  40.  
  41.     If the set up is not successful, it is most likely due
  42.     to the fact that the System Name that you selected
  43.     when running SETUP.EXE is already taken by another
  44.     WinNET customer.  In this case, it is recommended that
  45.     you re-run SETUP.EXE, select another System Name, and
  46.     then re-run CWI Account Setup.

  48. If all three steps are completed successfully,
  49. congratulations!  You are a registered WinNET user.  You
  50. can begin to use your Internet account to communicate
  51. with the world!
